Ping Zing Iron Reshaft
My Ping Zing 6 and 7 irons with Aldila 201 shafts have broken I want to reshaft them with the rarely used 3 and 4 iron shafts. How much do I have to cut the tips down and is this a good idea?

The Pings are taper tip. You will need to use taper shafts specifically for the 3 and 4 iron. They will be all butt cut.
